What is Snowbird Fest?
Snowbird Fest is a true festival event, trade show, expo, sometimes even a car show all packed into one! Snowbirds get FREE entertainment, as well as an opportunity to meet local area businesses to find lodging, get samples of their services and often delectable samples from local area restaurants as well. Past Snowbird Fests have featured RV Expos, Health & Fitness Expos, and Boating Expos - every year is different, from the entertainment to the attractions. Snowbirds enter raffles to win give-aways, are often involved in the shows put on by our entertainers, and every year features samples of fabulous local cuisine, as well as other art, retail sales, games, events and fun for everyone! It is our goal to thank our beloved Snowbirds for choosing our coasts to spend a part of their year to call our home their own and enjoy the southern hospitality that comes along with our scenic coasts.
History of Snowbird Fest
Snowbird Fest is an annual event organized and produced by The Snowbird Company, the leader in rent-by-owner websites specializing in the snowbird demographic and their travel needs. The event is held annually.
Every one of our annual events have been a tremendous success, with tens of thousands of winter visitors attending Snowbird Fests.
Vendors from all forms of business exhibited, including restaurants, insurance companies and attractions such as golf, vacation rentals and fishing. In addition, a varied selection of entertainment have been provided. Both the you and old Elvises have made appearances that had the snowbirds' toes tapping, while other entertainers have performed an eclectic mix of beach tunes, country and rock, from many ages. Magician and jugglers have also performed as well!
The Gulf Coast Snowbird Fest also boasts a car 'shine and show' in conjunction with the expo.

The 2022 Snowbird Fest promises to be just as exciting as 2020, with great entertainment, delicious food from local hot spots, fun giveaways and door prizes and more exhibitors than ever before.
British Car Invasion
The Snowbird Company is also bringing back the popular car show held on the grounds of the Orange Beach Event Center at The Wharf during the event. Snowbirds are able to pre-register online to attend the free Orange Beach expo now.
